Choices are now searching for a friendly and enthusiastic Team Lead to join our Basildon branch to go that extra mile and put a smile on our service users faces. We are looking for experienced careers who is committed to delivering person cantered care.
Typical duties:
- Carry out assessments, spot checks, reviews and write up of reports.
- Rota planning and general office duties.
- To carry out any other job-related duties as instructed by the manager.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a full driving license with own car and must be flexible, as you will be primarily working out in the community. You must be able and willing to work on alternate weekends and handle the on-call phone on rota basis.
Possession of level 2 and/or 3 NVQ or QCF in health and social care will be an advantage but not compulsory. Having a good attitude to work as well as flexibility are essential for this position as you will be predominantly based working in the community.

Rate of pay is £10.50 per hour, working 37.5 hours per week with the occasional overtime available.
